What is the return/exchange policy of YoBags.com?
Here, at YoBags.com, we value your every purchase and the feelings behind it. Therefore, in any case whether your product(s) is/are damaged, defective or you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can conveniently return it to us or can exchange with us.
YoBags.com gives you the option to exchange or return the product( except electronic & electronic accessories ) bought from our online shopping portal within the 14 days of receipt of the order. Any request for the return or exchange of the product(s) after the 14 days of receipt, will not be entertained.
All the items which are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn, unused and in their original condition with all the original tags and the packaging's.
If you want/wish to return or exchange the product(s) bought from YoBags.com shopping website, you can simply let us know via email at support@YoBags.com and your Personal Manager will get back to you for the same. Once the return/exchange request is made, we will take care of the rest and make sure it is processed as soon as possible.
If the product is not satisfactory, wrong or damaged, can I return or exchange?
Here, at YoBags.com, we do Quality Check for every product before it reaches your hands. And Yes, you can go for the return or exchange of the product(s), but within the 14 days of receipt of the order and the product(s) shouldn't have been tampered.
The exchange can only be entertained in following cases:-

Once we receive your products back to our Gurgaon warehouse, the quality team will check the product(s) returned, for the fulfillment of our return norms. We will process your refunds within the 07 to 10 business days, from the date of the receipt, of your returned product(s).
In any case the returned product(s) does not qualify on the basis of the return norms, then our team will get back to you.

No, you don't need to pay any charges on the returns or exchange of your product(s). The returns and exchanges are always free at YoBags.com. Please make sure that the product(s) to be returned/exchanged are in original condition and in any rare event if the item(s) to be returned/exchanged does not fulfill our return/exchange norms, then we will not be able to process further.
If you have received the incorrect refund, for your returned product(s), then you can email at happyshopping@YoBags.com and you can also email the expected refund amount, with the screenshot of the payment received and share it with the personal manager.
Refunds on YoBags.com are based on your mode of payment for the product(s) purchased. If Credit card / Debit card / Internet banking has been used as the mode of payment, then the refund will be credited back to you to your respective account. In case of Cash on Delivery mode, we will refund your amount through the NEFT process to your respective account provided at the time of the placing the order or purchasing the product.
